Thank you so much to the affinity group and more specifically Anna and Gemma. From start to finish they have been so helpful in pushing my purchase along. It can be very stressful time as a first time buyer and the girls at affinity really shone through in their communication, and prompt action whenever required. All staff were amazing from start to finish, all very friendly, replied promptly to any emails and always available to answer any questions we had big or small. It was my first experience going through this process as a first time buyer and every member of the team explained everything so well. I also did my own research on Critical Illness, Life Cover, Employment Protection and Home Insurance and I can verify that Affinity gave us the best quotes, and they secured us a very good mortgage deal and helped us to secure a better rate when the rates dropped. Absolutely brilliant communication, straightforward and easy to understand the process of organising a mortgage. From my first conversation with Affinity Group I understood that they were the right company for us. I'd recommend them to anyone. They were there to assist and support me during the whole process. Alex and Ellis were very responsive and incredibly helpful from the start. Any time we had a question or needed guidance they were available and happy to help us. Alex made the process easy to understand and he really had my best interests at heart. I will be definitely using Affinity group again because The work they they put in to find the best mortgage deal for me and my partner was exceptional!
