I applied for a loan and asked them repeatedly if it's only the once off insurance fee which they confirmed yes several times. After I made an immediate payment, they are now asking to pay vat fees. Please be aware that this is a scam. Not trustworthy at all. Very poor service.

Adam Fulcher and Hayley Rossiter worked tirelessly from start to finish on an extremely difficult mortgage process, they managed to get the process over the line even when things looked to have died. I cant praise the two of them highly enough and they are a credit to Brightstar. I would definitely use Brightstar again thanks to them. Thanks Guys Alex P
