Brilliant telephone customer services. Answering call quickly, call handler has human touch with great listening. I explained the reason for my call (self assessment tax return). I was taken through security in two steps. The call was not complicated and I felt reassured with the information and time frames for me requested. I have been a customer for a few years and I have found the call centre staff lovely and professional.

I received uncompassionate customer service from Godiva Mortgages whilst speaking to multiple members of staff over the phone. Please review and invest into your staff training.

Avoid at all costs. Have had a mortgage with this firm since 2015, nightmare in all aspects.

I can honestly say whenever I've had reason to contact Godiva the call centre staff have been extremely helpful and polite. Details have been explained so that I've easily understood them. My last enquiry was about paying off my mortgage with them but I would not hesitate to use Godiva again.
