Guest Independent Mortgage Advice Ltd was set up in 2004 by Lee Guest, who has been providing financial advice since 1998. Today the company specialises in independent mortgage, protection and insurance advice. We offer a comprehensive range of mortgage products from across the market. We advise on both first and second charge mortgages, but not deals that you can only obtain by going direct to a lender.

Could not recommend Lee more. With both my wife and I being self-employed we knew it would be a challenge. Having spoken to a few other brokers previously we were pleased when we were asked the right questions from the start and made to believe that getting a mortgage was possible. Lee helped us get over various obstacles with ease and always got back to us in a timely manner when we had any queries. He even stepped in to help when our solicitors were being.. well, solicitors. We can not thank or recommend Lee enough.
