However they have fabricated more events to get the decision overturned at the ombudsman stage Well let me attach the photos So called case notes ....created in Excel after a subject access request hmmmmmmmmmmm...would help if you made sure the date format was the same if you tried to fool me and the FOS but it was clearly in excel in the first place..could have used an AI generator to make it look more realistic from a system ... Since joining HLP I now know how a network should be run. Friendly, supportive, compliant, plenty of additional structured training and a robust financial mechanism that means I have peace of mind over my cashflow. This surely is the model others should adopt, the right blend of humanity and technology with value to it's members at its core. I can't recommend this network highly enough. If you've ever been let down by your network and want to feel safe and looked after, HLP is the home for you.

Although my relationship with HLP is now coming to a close, I would highly recommend them to any other brokers that are AR's of perhaps other networks that are living in the past or maybe a DA firm that wants the ease of being regulated through a network. Good team, some great commercial terms and good systems. I anticipate the network will continue to grow providing they don't change the structure of the business too much. Not overbearing but there for support & also run some decent events/roadshows.

I met with many networks when making the decision to set up my own firm. They all had their own positives however HLP really stood out. They came across as very forward thinking and embracing of the future. Ian took the time to understand my ambitions of creating a lifestyle business as apposed to a large firm, this was a breath of fresh air to me as many others did not seem to understand this choice. I attended the annual conference in Jan 2020 and I was blown away by the support and authenticity in the room. People genuinely cared for each other inside the network and it reinforced my choice of HLP. I am so happy to be a part of them and would recommend them to ANYONE looking to join a network!
