Lee and the team gave us an outstanding service with our mortgage search. They found very good alternatives, and kept updating them with better mortgage products that were coming on market even after our mortgage was approved in principle. I reached out to Karen at Holbrook after I was told that she would be the best person to help me secure a mortgage. As an international investor seeking a partial mortgage, Karen was well-equipped to understand the complexities of a foreign country’s regulations and banking systems to provide effective solutions. She has a can-do attitude and saw us through the process and helped us understand what was required of us. She was cautious which made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Once the mortgage was secured, Stephanie helped move things along quickly and efficiently. At the time, the conveyancers working on our purchase were (are) an inefficient and unprofessional entity and Stephanie did all that she could to push them to move things along.
