I've been using imatch mortgages since I bought my first house in 2015. After really struggling with a huge broker and getting nowhere with them a friend recommended them and said they were experienced and would make things easier for me to understand. They did and ever since have given fantastic advice. They always get it right with what the mortgage market will do. Having watched friends use brokers who have done the opposite and cost them a fortune I'm so grateful. I have found them very patient and helpful and for me they only get payment from the mortgage goes ahead. That's how they get paid by the bank or building society. I really recommend them.

Unlike previous review on Simon my experience was very different. roughly three years ago I went to Simon in a very distressed state unable to secure a mortgage for a property. Simon managed to provide me with 1 Mortgage in principle which fell through. On seeking further advice from Simon he said did l know where any of the neighbours got their mortgage form? I was speechless and distressed. With no thanks to Simon l sought other means of securing the property before l lost it. Simon contacted me about a month later to see how things were going !! To this day l can’t afford to decorate having paid Simon £700 for doing nothing. I hope people like that can live with themselves.

Unresponsive and unprofessional. I got tired of chasing them to work on 2 x plain-vanilla mortgage switches with the existing lenders, thing that I could have done myself spending way less time. Make sure they need your business, it seemed they did not need mine.
