I am not normally someone that writes reviews however myself and my partner worked with Jigsaw to purchase our first home and I felt my experience had to be shared. This was an understandably nerve wracking experience as neither of us had any prior experience of buying property. The service provided by James was exemplary. James answered all of our questions and walked us through the process of buying our home seamlessly; from getting the mortgage in principle, finding our home and making an offer, and then finalising the mortgage and referring us to legal services. James offered reassurance and support throughout the process whenever required and at no point did James make us feel like we should have known what we were doing or that any question was too simple (we were pretty clueless!)
