I spoke with several other companies when looking for a bridging loan to break the chain buying a new house. To my surprise, there was a lot of 'old school' sales tactics at play, not to mention commission structures that were totally opaque! KIS were honestly a breath of fresh air. Called today and spoke to a really helpful man who advised me that I could get a bridging loan that was more competitive than my bank was offering. After spending a short time on the phone, came away with a lot of knowledge and will without doubt be using them for helping my daughter with raising the money for her mortgage.
