Very disappointed in my dealings with this company so far. I have to keep chasing them for any response or update. I specifically stated that I wanted to know quickly if it was possible or not and more than 3 weeks on I still have no answer even though I have done all the chasing. I sorted the Land Registry query they had within 7 days. They just seem to only work on the very straightforward cases and leave the rest. They rarely give any updates as to progress. All in all a very disappointing, unsatisfactory, unprofessional service so far. Ralph Blore

Before choosing (KR) Key retirement I rang two other companies but was unimpressed with the initial contact. Steve Baldwin from KR made two appointments to see me. He explained everything clearly and concisely all of which was accompanied by written documentation. The second appointment was for my daughter reassuring her that I fully understood the whole process. Not once did I feel pressurised and the payment was in my account within 5 weeks. A first-rate experience, giving us all the relevant information to enable us to make an informed decision, and conducted with no sales pressure. James Knighton was polite, courteous and knowledgeable throughout. We were told to expect the whole process to take between 6-8 weeks, but, in reality, the Equity Release money was available exactly one month after our first (of two) consultations with James! What more can I say, you can't get better service than that!!
