Been paying into this investment monkey for years. Decided to look up valu as it's been years since I heard from them. No online account exists, my email is apparently invalid when I try and log on and absolutely no way to contact them. Can't login online and their phone number just ends the call after circa 10 rings. No other way to contact. Very worried now. Been trying to get hold of them for several days.

A truly appalling financial institution. Moved my special needs son's account here a couple of years ago under the pretence that I could get easy access when he was 18 (as he doesn't have mental capacity). Firstly they 'lost' all the transfer money (should have been the warning signal); when this was 'found' they 'only' invest it in risky investments - wouldn't offer a regular interest ISA. Fast forward 2 years the sum has dropped by over £2.5K and I still can't get access (2 months after he is 18). Parents of disabled children avoid this bank at all costs (in fact parents of all children!). Just read the Sunday Times Money section if you don't believe me - they charge one of the highest management fees for investment strategy that quite frankly a clown would do better. Avoid!

OneFamily offer very poor customer services. Demanding you write in rather than action electronic communications and then taking weeks to respond. I would not recommend to anyone.
