I needed to remortgage and wanted to buy more shares of my property, all at the same time! From the same-day initial consultation to the very very end of the transaction (i.e., even when I asked right before arranging the completion date to change the mortgage product which she manged to magically do within the same day, without any problems, as always), no ask was too big or too small. Even when we ran into issues with the first lender, Hannah was able to quickly arrange a second lender in place to take over without any pain for me. Very fortunate to have found Hannah Tee, after receiving wrong financial advise from Barclays and on the verge of giving up our remortgaging process for the time being!
